I offered my hand beneath the dying tree at the edge of the cliff. Under the luminosity of the full moon you said, “death is upon us, my love”. The smell of your body consumed my senses and I would sell my soul to the darkest of demons to hold you in my skeleton arms forever. I AM THE END.

The ground was frozen solid and the tiny shards of dirt and stone ripped and sliced at my bloody weathered feet as we ventured across the valley to the peak of the mountain. My pale icy skin lost all feeling, lost all color. There was no warmth here, there was no wind, there was no life. Somehow we were stagnated here, below the purple skies and fiery rain. We stopped to rest beneath a beautiful old willow tree with leaves of vibrant reds, yellows, and greens. Upon a single touch, the tree twisted and tore itself to pieces, screaming, shouting, crying. Stretched So Thin.

Well Ive been working two jobs for a little while now and Im slightly worn out.  At the same time, however, I feel better than ever.  My bank account has stagnated somewhere around $500 because I keep spending my money on AFI everything!  Collecting is expensive and addicting.  Im sure over the past 5 years Ive spent over $3000 because of AFI. I really need to save up for screen printed shirts though, and then some expensive computer programs, and of course college. I wanted to buy the Nitro Box Set, Behind the Times EP, Black Sails EP, and This is Berkeley Not West Bay...but I really need to save some money for a bit and then buy more late

I embark on a new journey...

AFI concert on the 4th of November and Im extremely hyped for this.  Second AFI show this year!  I even get to bring the lovely blackorchid20046 with me for this one, and Id not have it any other way. The new Ev cd is amazing.  Lithium and Cloud Nine are my personal favorites. I have to run a mile in school Tuesday and Im not in the best running shape, so wish me luck if you will. I was recently in a local arts newsletter as the featured artist and also had an interview on NPR about my art.  Go to www.ncpr.com and search for krazy katie to listen to the interview.
